Site analytics

Indexable pages use Umami Cloud for aggregate page views and seven named interactions. The tracker is limited to ovg.me, honors browser Do Not Track, and excludes search parameters. Event data is limited to a page path or an approved case slug and problem domain. It never includes form fields, names, email addresses, company details, message text, or calendar data. Umami states that its tracker uses no cookies or fingerprinting and does not collect personal data. Block cloud.umami.is or enable Do Not Track to prevent this site from sending analytics. Oleg Gaidukov is responsible for retention and deletion review in the Umami Cloud account; this notice does not promise an unverified fixed retention period. The environment-based integration can later point to a self-hosted Umami instance without changing the event contract.

Contact choices

Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Calendly are separate services. Use only the path you are comfortable with; booking is never required.

Async brief

The form posts to an ovg.me Cloudflare Pages Function. It validates the fields on the server before any notification is sent.

Bot protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission. The server verifies the ovg.me hostname, the contact action, and the single-use token before accepting the message. Cloudflare may process the request IP as part of that check.

Email delivery

After validation, ZeptoMail sends one notification to Oleg. Message-content storage in ZeptoMail is disabled, as are open and click tracking.

Retention boundary

ZeptoMail may keep delivery metadata logs for up to 60 days; the owner has explicitly accepted that exception. ZeptoMail does not save the inquiry content. Mail for an inquiry that does not continue is deleted within 90 days. Oleg Gaidukov owns retention and deletion review.

Data requested

The brief asks for a work email, operating context, situation or decision, and timing. Name, a relevant URL, and an intent label are optional. It does not request a phone number, budget, or file upload.

Newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by an ovg.me Cloudflare Pages Function, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Buttondown. The function validates the address and a single-use Turnstile token, then sends only the address to Buttondown. The site keeps no local subscriber list. Buttondown sends a confirmation link; the address joins the digest only after that second step. Open and click tracking are disabled, and every digest includes an unsubscribe link. Buttondown keeps an active address while it is subscribed and may retain a suppression record after unsubscribe or automatic cleanup. Oleg Gaidukov owns retention reviews and hard-deletion requests. Unactivated addresses are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days.
