Oleg Gaidukov
Operational CTO
Oleg Gaidukov works as an Operational CTO with established product and engineering teams. He turns an unclear technical mandate into a decision with clear bounds, a change that can be tested, and an owner who can carry it forward.

Operating thesis
I work where a consequential technical decision has become hard to see: ownership is split, evidence is noisy, or the cost of waiting keeps rising. My job is to make the decision legible, carry it into the system, and leave the internal team with a baseline it can operate.
Decision and scale chapters
Make the decision legible
I separate observed facts from assumptions, name the constraint, and put one decision in front of the people who own its consequences. A meeting is useful only if it changes that record.
Carry the decision into the system
Executive intent has to survive contact with architecture, code, delivery flow, logs, and controls. I move between those layers until the change can be inspected rather than merely described.
Leave durable ownership
The work needs a measurable baseline, a named internal owner, and a handoff. Permanent external dependency is a design failure, even when the first intervention is urgent.
Principles you can inspect
Judgment before ceremony
Start with the decision and the evidence it needs, not a new ritual.
Open related contextDirect communication
Say what is known, what is assumed, and who owns the next move.
Open related contextReduce uncertainty quickly
Choose one bounded intervention and verify it against a baseline or an explicit proxy.
Open related contextBridge decision and implementation
Carry the decision into architecture, code, delivery flow, or controls.
Open related contextOwn difficult trade-offs
Keep consequences visible, especially when a decision affects a team.
Open related contextKeep human review where it matters
A person stays in the loop when the cost of an autonomous mistake is too high.

Working boundaries
- No public claim without a source, role, scope, and permission.
- No free diagnosis, staff augmentation, or open-ended innovation theatre.
- Every engagement names an internal owner and a handoff.
